What will your role be?
Develop the 3DS CLOUD Geography vision and 3Y/1Y plan embracing the Geo/countries landscape, deliver the 1 year CLOUD business plan while developing GEO human capital & ecosystem.
Promote internally and externally the 3DS Cloud Solutions.
·Build the common vision and long term plan for the Geo, leveraging understanding of Geo landscape and industry value of 3DEXPERIENCE CLOUD solutions
·Develop, consolidate and share globally the local CLOUD landscape intelligence (Economy & business environment / Market & Industries / Players)
·Propose to the Executive Committee an appropriate CLOUD business strategy
·Attend external and internal event in order to promote the 3DS Cloud Solution and increase global awareness of our ecosystem.
·Execute the agreed plan with CLOUD local team, leveraging the global functions operational model
·Drive the CLOUD business in the Geo and lead execution of Geo plans.
·Deliver Revenue Gross/Net
·Develop an ecosystem of cloud champions from our customers and partners in order to accelerate referencing materials creation and launching of cloud specific marketing campaigns.
·Drive the Geo diversification from our historical Industries into new industries, based on the 1Y Sales Plan per Industry
·Assess performance and productivity related to Cloud sales activity in the GEO
·Ensure CLOUD business alignment and operational excellence.
·Care for customers, partners & users satisfaction
·Foster “One 3DS” and 3DS CLOUD local presence, and represent 3DS CLOUD at the highest level in the Geo

応募条件

5 - 10 years or more of work experience
·Experience of the cloud specifically how to sell cloud in Japan
·The successful candidate will have tech related experience and understands the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with a sales mindset
·Presenting sales inititatives to sales team and support to close opportunities. Sales enablements to schedule and execute revenue plans
·Work in tandem with Client Executives to execute deals
·Collab with marketing team for digital marketing campaigns to promote cloud portfolio
·Able to work cross-functionally and perseverance to achieve target
·Native level Japanese, business level English
·General knowledge of CLOUD and On-premise
·Experience to lead important sales initiative(any kinds of successful cases)
·3DS Company Knowledge
