What will your role be?
Contribute to shortening deal lifecycle by using expertise to help structure deals, to reach Higher Value, Faster Responsiveness and Lower Operating Cost.

Support on Contracts for Client Exec / Sales Rep / Partner Success Management
• Support the Client Exec / Sales Rep / Partner Success Management (PSM) in Special Bid Offer (SBO) creation related to Non-Standard License Agreement
• Support the Client Exec / Sales Rep / PSM in Customer Volume Discount Agreement creation
• Ensure Non-Standard License Agreement (Master agreement, transaction CLOSA, …) delivered on time, interacting with Customer Engagement Success (CES) team as needed
• Interact with the Client Exec / Sales Rep / PSM to support sales negotiation
• Ensure SBO submitted and Approval / Proposal delivered on time
• Collaborate with DS Services / Partners / Integrators for proposal consistency
• First assessment of any international proposal (GO/NO GO) and support Client Exec / Sales Rep / PSM Team in IOC documentation for submission
• Monitor Escalation and Exception approval
• Coordinate RFP under Client Exec / Sales Rep / PSM direction and responsibility

Capitalize on Proposal Best Practices
• Build referentials and templates for RFI/RFP (Direct Channel only)
• Utilize referentials for SBO, IOC, Master Agreement, Non-Standard License Agreement – provided by CES, and other stakeholders (Pricing, Legal, Rev Rec,…) as needed to structure the deal
• Identify key materials to support sales person (Customer Reference, Industry materials …)
• Understand and promote 3DS standard pricing and terms & conditions

Experience in contract negotiation, including: License agreement, Contract negotiation, Pricing, Rev-rec, sales execution, business analysis, leading change, managing projects with multiple tracks.
