職務内容

Mission:
Enhance the corporate image of the brand as a Jewelry Maison and Watch Manufacture by increasing brand awareness and rejuvenating the brand image.
Plan and execute PR strategy on-line and off-line including SNS in line with the HQ strategy. Conduct PR related activities aggressively to contribute to the brand repositioning and product sales.

Key responsibilities:
PR Strategy, Analysis and Report
-Develop the annual PR plan by product line (Episode) and by media. Collect internal information about product release and stock status, and media’s publication schedule of feature articles beforehand. Study medium characteristics (editorial policy, trend, reader’s profile) as well.
-Set measurable campaign goals and KPIs with AD / PR manager Measure effectiveness by statistical analysis on press coverage (frequency and page space) and ad cost conversion. Report the results to other sections of the brand and the headquarters thru Communications News, Clippings and In the News Report.
-Expected results: PR plan development and PR result analysis and reporting in a timely manner.

Build and keep good relationships with KOL, key press, writer, celebrities and their agents from a long-term standpoint. Support the team to drive fostering the brand Society (Influencer, Celebrity)

1. Jewelry PR
-Develop PR plans by brand/product strategy (Episode), approach a wide range of media including magazines, newspapers and web sites to increase press coverage.
-Develop and distribute press releases, reach the media by email, phone or face-to-face, arrange product previews for prospects, reserve products and conduct lending procedures and read a proof.
-Analyse coverage results, and report the result to other sections of the brand and the headquarters.
-Expected results: Number of coverage (convert into pages) and quality of coverage (tell the stories, describe correct product information, acquire good position in the target media and gain a lot of space).

2. Watch PR
-Develop PR plans by brand/product strategy (Episode), approach a wide range of media including magazines, newspapers and web sites to increase press coverage that contains product images and descriptions.
-Increase awareness of the brand watches among watch communities of the press and journalists.
-Specifically, develop and distribute press releases, reach the media by email, phone or face-to-face, arrange product previews for prospects, reserve products and conduct lending procedures and read a proof.
-Analyse coverage results, and report the result to other sections of the brand and the headquarters.
-Expected results: Number of coverage (convert into pages) and quality of coverage (tell the stories, describe correct product information, acquire good position in the target media and gain a lot of space).

3. Corporate PR
-Gain executive interviews and event coverage. Plan and execute PR activities to contribute to success of the events by announcing them through the media to attract guests, or attending to the press on site.
-Expected results: Number of coverage (convert into pages) and quality of coverage (tell the stories and gain a lot of space).

4. Product Placement and Celebrity Relations
-Develop the product placement plan including target celebrities and occasions (TV programs, movies and events)
-Build and keep good relationships with key celebrities and their agents from a long-term standpoint.
-Casting agency management for guest invitation suitable for each event
-Share the product placement results with other sections of the brand to utilize them effectively to promote sales.
-Expected results: Number of coverage and quality of coverage (influential celebrities and prestigious programs/events).

the brand Society and Influencer Project
-Build and strengthen relationships with external networks (celebrity, e-influencers, artists, culture people, etc. suitable for maison) and create the brand Society

5. Supporting Tie-up Advertisement, Bridal and other category
-Develop the annual tie-up plan with AD/PR manager. Select right media to tell the stories and negotiate to acquire good position in the media.
-Create high-quality messages and visuals with the editors and stylists to give an impact to the market.
-Share the released tie-up ads with other sections of the brand to utilize them effectively to promote the bridal products.
-Expected results: High-quality tie-up ads telling the stories and promoting sales of the bridal products.

6. Building teamwork
-Communication with members of the team (Communication, Marketing, Retail, Wholesale) to establish a relationship of trust with smooth communication
-Collaborate with a media partner (Paid / Owned) to maximize exposure

Other related work:
-Collaborate with PR Assistant to lend commodities to media, celebrities and arrange for security
-PR material management including press kit preparation, translation of press release, rewrite, invitation letter, photograph
-Sales Catalogue management including character proofreading, exposure content check
-Practical support for brand events and promotion events
-Collaborate with other departments on the cross function to plan and implement projects
