職務内容

[Mission Sammary]
-Define and roll-out the training strategy and action plan according to HQ guidelines and in coordination with HQ and market specific development needs.
-Identify specific needs for improvement to enhance staff skills in line with market/network objectives.
-Share training practices and tools with HQ, and within the region, to guarantee message consistency and resource optimization.

Key responsibilities:
1. Develop Service Excellence
-Promote team selling culture in order to improve client’s satisfaction and efficiency
-Work closely with the retail team on the follow up of the mystery shopping results and support retail to improve Japan results

2.Coach our sales teams
-Be present in the Boutiques to ensure learning and training dynamic.
-Conduct role-play to ensure the sales speech is mastered according to the brand.
-Follow-up of sales trainings (made by external consultants) with team and Boutique managers to optimize Boutique performance.
-With the support of marketing teams, train all teams on Piaget Brand, creations (watch, jewelry and High jewelry) and know-how with the objective to teach how to sell to our clients.

3. Be a brand expert
-Learn and know the brand history, creations and on-going Brand activity to share with the local sales team.
-Constant check of the competition environment: know the key players in the markets in terms of product offer and the brand competitive advantage.
-Participate to the brand HQ’s main trainings: Trainer’s week at SIHH, High Jewelry trainings to roll-out locally…

4. Be a learning development manager
-Based on guidelines provided by HQ, local HR and your commercial local strategy, you have to:
-Plan, organize and coordinate all retail and wholesale trainings, with a strong focus on the retail population.
-Build your annual training program (novelties, e-training, collection launch, specific local).
-Establish individual training path according to the needs (High jewelry, watch expert, new comers…).
-Build your annual budget and follow it.
-Share and exchange with Piaget HQ on local actions and expectations.

年収 800万円 〜 1,000万円

-A minimum of three years in training or sales in luxury activities (retail or service) is required.
-Work autonomously with good organizational skills.
-Fluent in local language and English.
-PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
